Customer Success Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Leader to oversee our Enterprise Solutions team, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring exceptional customer delivery outcomes.
About the RoleThis leadership position requires a forward-thinking professional with a strong background in customer success management, consulting, or project management. As a Customer Success Leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and service orientation within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Recruit, coach, mentor, and engage a high-performing Customer Success Management team that raises the bar for customer success and satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Anticipate, plan, and manage resourcing requirements to optimize satisfaction and workloads for Customer Success teams under your management.
- Leadership Development: Review and develop your management team through performance management and training initiatives, supporting them to successfully manage their teams.
- Culture and Communication: Promote and maintain a congenial, productive, collaborative, and service-oriented work culture in the Customer Success team. Regularly engage in skip-level meetings to ensure alignment and foster open communication.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a customer success management, consulting, or project management role.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience mentoring and/or leading teams, with a passion for developing others.
- Strategic and business-minded - critical and creative thinker suggesting, implementing, and supporting efficient and effective operations.
- A strong team player with excellent time management and organizational skills.
