CUSTOMER SUPPORT ROLE - Hybrid
We are seeking an ambitious individual with a knack for delivering exceptional customer service to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can effectively balance competing priorities, communicate clearly, and consistently seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

They design cutting-edge Contactless Communication tools that have revolutionized the way frontline service providers engage with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer focus at all times by identifying opportunities to exceed customer expectations and improve satisfaction and retention.
- Provide technical support and user support via our Help Desk (ZenDesk) and by phone.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams with client onboarding and ongoing account management.
- Implement changes to customer accounts in consultation with Sales and/or Customer Success teams.
- Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Develop and/or maintain core customer-facing resources such as knowledge base, in-app walkthroughs, and training videos.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication.
- Strong desire to work with technology and a strong technical aptitude.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn, work hard, and seek opportunities to contribute more.
- Ability to multi-task effectively while working remotely.
This is a full-time position in Ottawa, ON, with a hybrid work policy.
