Administrative Support Professional

The RoleWe are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities- Meeting and Event Coordination: Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Scheduling and Communication: Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and manage contracts with clients and vendors.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, providing regular updates to management.
- Customer Service: Respond to electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Area of Specialization: Correspondence, invoices, and document preparation.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, accurate, client-focused, reliable, and possessing excellent communication skills.
As an Administrative Support Professional at Imperial Hospitality Consulting, you can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
