Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agriculture Territory Manager to join our Alberta team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring in-office engagements during key times throughout the year.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the Alberta market and achieve revenue goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local growers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Organize and lead grower meetings, field demonstrations, and direct farm visits.
  • Attend and represent AdvancedAg at Alberta-based trade shows and industry events.
  • Build and support a network of dealers and distributors in Alberta.
  • Provide technical support for product applications and equipment installations.
  • Manage sales operations, including product deliveries and account receivables.
  • Monitor market trends in Alberta to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years managing a B2C sales portfolio, preferably in agriculture.
  • In-depth knowledge of Alberta crops, market trends, and regenerative practices.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced working remotely.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 (based on experience), with bonuses tied to sales performance. Additionally, we offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, vacation days, and holidays.
