We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agricultural Territory Manager to join our team in Alberta. This role offers flexibility with remote work while requiring in-office engagements during key times throughout the year.

About the Role

This position reports directly to the Director of Sales, providing daily updates on performance metrics, pipeline status, and key sales activities during standing meetings.

The successful candidate will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the Alberta market and achieve revenue goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with local growers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Organizing and leading grower meetings, field demonstrations, and direct farm visits.
  • Attending and representing AdvancedAg at Alberta-based trade shows and industry events.
  • Building and supporting a network of dealers and distributors in Alberta.
  • Providing technical support for product applications and equipment installations.
  • Managing sales operations, including product deliveries and account receivables.
  • Monitoring market trends in Alberta to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years managing a B2C sales portfolio, preferably in agriculture.
  • In-depth knowledge of Alberta crops, market trends, and regenerative practices.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced working remotely.
  • Active personal brand on social media.

Additional requirements include:

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Compensation includes:

  • Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 (based on experience), bonuses based on sales goals, and vehicle allowance.
