About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in Western Canada, focusing on the agricultural industry. This role requires a strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve optimum account profitability and provide value-added services to accounts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with major customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand individual and team capabilities.
  • Contribute to the formation of FMC marketing, sales, and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify, lead, and develop new business opportunities, focusing on return on investment and cost-effective resource utilization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the agricultural industry.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a demonstrated ability to deliver business results.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong financial background and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Able to travel within the district, with an expectation of 40% nights away.

About the Location

The ideal candidate must live in Saskatchewan or Manitoba, with a focus on developing relationships with major customers in the region.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and performance-based bonuses. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost-effective resource utilization and budgeting.
