About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Manager to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Analysis and Planning: Conduct in-depth analysis of business issues and opportunities, and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Business Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Change Management: Lead or participate in change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement metrics to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Education: Typically a post-secondary degree in a related field of study, such as business administration or management.
  • Experience: Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project lifecycle.
