About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader who excels at driving business growth and efficiency. You will have a successful track record of scaling high-growth organizations' business operations and have had a direct hand in their success.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be a trusted advisor working closely with the CEO and COO, turning our roadmap into action.
  • Lead the execution of the company's highest priorities across various teams while working on long-term special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and improve frameworks for company-wide and team-specific goal setting and measurement.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and processes; recommend and implement improvements.
  • Support the CEO and COO in responsibility chart management, including hiring, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and project planning.
  • Lead and execute technology management processes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations and finance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team with direct reports.
  • Direct client-facing experience, with exceptional communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives.
  • Extreme attention to detail and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing OKRs and KPIs.
  • Experience with technology vendor selection and implementation processes.
  • Adaptability to wear multiple hats and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a tech-enabled service business.
  • Any technical or subject-matter expert competencies are highly desirable.
