At BrightPath Kids Canada, we're seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the role of Assistant Director in our early childhood education center. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Center Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations and maintaining high standards of quality care.

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

• Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, accounts payable, and general communications, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication with families.

• Ensure all staff members are well-versed in provincial regulations and understand the objectives and expectations within each classroom.

Requirements:

• A Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with a strong background in early childhood education and experience in center management.

• Demonstrated knowledge of provincial licensing and regulations, as well as up-to-date immunization and Health Assessment as per local Ministry of Health Requirements.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and families.
