About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Lenovo team in Montreal. As an Sr. SMB Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through outbound phone calls and engaging correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet both short-term and long-term goals, objectives, and quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Provide exceptional sales and operational customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend products, services, and solutions that meet the needs of clients.
  • Work closely with corporate initiatives to reach high-performance goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional inside or outside sales experience in a technology field or IT industry.
  • Strong English/French writing and communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
  • Self-confident, initiative-taking, assertive, and positive attitude.
  • Acquisition selling skills and relationship building mindset.
  • Ability to plan strategically, grow sales, and improve profitability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment

This position will work a hybrid schedule out of our Montreal office, with three days on-site and two days work-from-home. Additional locations include Canada, Quebec, and Montreal.
