Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute complex sales strategies to ensure both long and short-term goals, objectives, and quotas are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to achieve revenue objectives.
- Provide exceptional sales and operational customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that products, services, and solutions recommended to clients meet their business needs.
- Work closely with corporate initiatives, including weekly forecast and opportunity management, to reach high-performance goals.
- Travel up to 5-10% of the time to meet with clients and attend sales meetings.
- 3+ years of professional inside or outside sales experience in a technology field or IT industry.
- Strong English/French writing and communication skills required.
- Self-confident, initiative-taking, assertive, and positive attitude.
- Acquisition selling skills and relationship building mindset.
- Ability to plan strategically, grow sales, and improve profitability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Executive presentation skills on hardware and services portfolios.
This is a hybrid role that requires working from our Montreal office three days a week and working from home two days a week.
