We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Maple Supply Chain Management Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be organized, reliable, and able to assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The Office Manager will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, assist in the preparation of operating budget, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. They will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carrying out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
