Job Overview:

The Ecommerce Brand Advocate Analyst will work with vendor partners and internal teams to develop and implement a data-driven content strategy. The role has three key elements: Account Manager, Analyst, and Account Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As the dedicated point of contact for assigned vendors, build strong relationships and drive strategic decisions.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to prioritize ecommerce projects, including new product onboarding, content enrichment, and deep-dive analysis.
  • Leverage ecommerce expertise and data analytics skills to create dashboards and run reports to inform vendor decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tickets, follow up on project status, and populate forms for back-end data quality.

Requirements:

  • University/College degree in a related area of study or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of related experience required.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively via charts and graphs.
  • Confident presenting to larger groups, including senior-level executives.
  • Aptitude for data analytics and ecommerce expertise, including familiarity with key ecommerce metrics and best practices.
