As a Brand Advocate (BA) Analyst, you will be part of a fast-growing team that focuses on delivering interconnected experiences for our supplier partners. Your key responsibilities will include working with 1-3 vendor partners and internal teams to develop and implement data-driven content strategies. This role has three key elements:

Account Manager: Build strong relationships with your assigned vendors, driving strategic decisions and prioritizing ecommerce projects such as new product onboarding and content enrichment.

Analyst: Leverage your ecommerce expertise and data analytics skills to create dashboards and run reports, providing actionable insights to your vendor(s) and helping them make strategic decisions.

Account Coordinator: Create tickets, follow-up on project status and assist with data quality processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need clear, concise and persuasive communication skills, aptitude for data analytics, and strong project management skills. You should be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and have experience with analytics tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics.

Key Requirements

- 3-5 years related experience required
- Hybrid: Ability to occasionally commute to the Home Depot SSC and GTA stores when required
