Job Summary:

We are seeking an E-Commerce Brand Advocate Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building strong relationships with vendor partners, working closely with internal teams to develop and implement data-driven content strategies, and driving strategic decisions to optimize e-commerce experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, fostering strong relationships and making strategic decisions that drive business growth.
  • Analyst: Leverage e-commerce expertise and data analytics skills to create dashboards, run reports, and provide actionable insights to vendors, helping them make informed business decisions.
  • Account Coordination: Create tickets, follow up on project status, and assist in populating forms for data quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication, including the ability to present to larger groups and senior-level executives.
  • Data Analytics & eCommerce Expertise: Familiarity with key e-commerce metrics, intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with analytics tools like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or Looker.
  • Organization and Project Management Skills: Ability to prioritize projects, work independently in ambiguous situations, and manage competing requests.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Travel Requirements:

  • Multiple visits to the Toronto Store Support location per month.
  • Occasional visits to GTA Home Depot stores.

  • Remote work with occasional travel to SSC and store locations.

Working Conditions:

  • Office and store environments.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • University/College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of related experience required.
