As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our project team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Office Management
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including budgeting and expenditures.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Communication
- Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Prepare and disseminate reports, updates, and other communications as required.
- Project Coordination
- Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, planning, and tracking progress.
- Provide administrative support for project meetings, events, and other activities.
- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, and other relevant software.
- Work Environment
- Hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
- Physical Demands
