Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at U Security Services. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective execution of security protocols.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor and control the operation of security equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that security personnel are adequately staffed and equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
Work Environment

The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The role will involve standing for extended periods, working under pressure, and maintaining a high level of physical fitness.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
