About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Professional to join our team at Limitless Financial Services Inc. as an Office Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of ensuring smooth office operations and guiding a small team towards achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for training new employees in company policies and procedures, preparing and submitting reports to senior management, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: You will work closely with your team members to resolve any work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Co-ordination and Administration: Your responsibilities will also include co-ordinating activities with other departments, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, arranging maintenance and repair work, and establishing work schedules and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: We require a candidate with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Education: A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, but candidates with higher qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Our ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: The salary for this role is estimated to be around $55,000 to $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
  • Permanent Full-Time Position: This is a permanent full-time position, offering 32 to 35 hours of work per week.
  • English Language: English is the primary language used in the workplace, but proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
