Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at TRANS 9 CALEDON GROUP. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, plus benefits.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising other workers, establishing office procedures and routines, training employees, and overseeing data analysis. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising a team of employees to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Establishing and implementing effective policies and procedures to drive business success
- Providing comprehensive training to new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
- Determining and establishing efficient office procedures and routines to optimize productivity
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients and stakeholders
- Answering telephone calls and relaying messages in a professional and courteous manner
- Overseeing the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions
- Compiling data, statistics, and other information to support business objectives
- Responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
- Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
- Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Performing data entry tasks to support business operations
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Supervising office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
