Job Description

Aastha Lawyers Professional Corporation seeks a highly skilled Senior Operations Director to oversee the strategic implementation of organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational plans to achieve business objectives, allocating resources efficiently to ensure optimal results.
  • Establish departmental structures and appoint senior staff members, delegating authority and fostering a productive work environment.
  • Formulate and approve policies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Promote the organization's interests through negotiations and official functions, representing Aastha Lawyers Professional Corporation with confidence and expertise.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff, empowering them to drive business success.
  • Maintain financial and administrative controls, driving growth through effective resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Salary and Benefits:
