Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Allwood Carpentry Manufacturing. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Office Management: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, including scheduling appointments and managing inventory.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including greeting visitors and directing them to contacts or service areas.
- Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
As an Administrative Assistant at Allwood Carpentry Manufacturing, you will work in a fast-paced office environment and be required to multitask and work under pressure.
