**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Magic Autocare. This is a permanent position with the opportunity for career growth and professional development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users, including setting up equipment, performing installations, and ensuring proper functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, using documentation such as user guides and technical manuals.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, including installing cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Problem Resolution: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Collaboration: Participate in the redesign of applications and other software, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Requirements**

  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skillset: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

**Compensation and Benefits**

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
