About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at BRP. In this role, you will provide support to our regional dealer network and field sales force, contributing to the attainment of regional objectives and overall dealer development and maturity through training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver world-class support to BRP's dealer network and field sales force, ensuring high levels of dealer satisfaction and contributing to regional success.
  • Manage retail, wholesale programs, and promotions within the Sales network, ensuring proper application and monitoring of program payment parameters.
  • Assist in coaching and up-skilling the dealer network and sales force through proactive education and training.
  • Support all critical stages of the sales process during each season, including order management and inventory control.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal departments and third-party entities.
Requirements:
  • A university degree in business administration or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (French/English language competencies an asset).
  • The ability to train and educate audiences on programs, tools, and new initiatives.
  • A strong sense of team spirit, drive, and self-motivation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver on deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP (an asset).
