Regional Sales Coordinator

Under the direct supervision of the sales support manager, this position’s principal mandate will be to provide support to a regional dealer network and field sales force. The selected incumbent will actively contribute to regional strategies as defined by the salesforce, while positively influencing network competencies through dealer development and training along with providing ongoing support for sales-related matters.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Deliver world-class support to BRP’s dealer network and field sales force, resulting in a higher degree of dealer satisfaction while contributing to the attainment of regional objectives and overall dealer development and maturity through training.
  • Manage retail, wholesale programs and promotions within the Sales network once programs are launched. Ensure proper application of the programs, conduct periodic checks and audits to ensure that program payment parameters are being followed.
  • Assist in coaching and up-skilling the dealer network and sales force through proactive education within the framework of programs, tools, and BEST practices.
  • Support all critical stages of the sales process during a given season (I/O vs OMS, Model Mix, Re-Order etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with select internal departments (shipping, network development, Go-To-Market, finance, market planning) and third-party entities.
  • Ensure successful – and accurate – order management practices and contribute to daily sales transactions in ways that maximize retail opportunities for BRP and assist in managing both yard and dealer inventories.
  • Consistently demonstrate cooperation, collaboration, effective teamwork and openly productive communication across all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Pursue, promote and sustain an environment of continuous improvement in ways that optimize individual and team results.
  • Minimal travel required (Club BRP, Sales Meetings, periodic dealer visits as needed or defined).
  • Share a vision for improving current methodologies and processes within the sales support team.
  • Define, scope and contribute to improvement projects as defined by the team leader.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A university degree in business administration or any related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (French/English language competencies will be considered an asset).
  • The ability to train and educate an audience on programs, tools, and new initiatives. (Engaging, open and friendly).
  • A strong sense of team spirit, drive and self-motivation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • SAP knowledge will be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of BRP internal departments will be considered an asset.
  • A valid passport for travel.
