Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our regional dealer network and field sales force, contributing to the attainment of regional objectives and overall dealer development and maturity through training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Regional Dealer Network: Deliver world-class support to BRP's dealer network and field sales force, resulting in a higher degree of dealer satisfaction.
  • Manage Programs: Manage retail, wholesale programs, and promotions within the Sales network once programs are launched, ensuring proper application and periodic checks to ensure program payment parameters are being followed.
  • Coach and Upskill: Assist in coaching and up-skilling the dealer network and sales force through proactive education within the framework of programs, tools, and BEST practices.
  • Sales Process Support: Support all critical stages of the sales process during a given season (I/O vs OMS, Model Mix, Re-Order etc.).
  • Business Relationships: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with select internal departments (shipping, network development, Go-To-Market, finance, market planning) and third-party entities.
  • Order Management: Ensure successful – and accurate – order management practices and contribute to daily sales transactions in ways that maximize retail opportunities for BRP and assist in managing both yard and dealer inventories.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Consistently demonstrate cooperation, collaboration, effective teamwork, and openly productive communication across all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Continuous Improvement: Pursue, promote, and sustain an environment of continuous improvement in ways that optimize individual and team results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University Degree: A university degree in business administration or any related fields.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (French/English language competencies will be considered an asset).
  • Training and Education: The ability to train and educate an audience on programs, tools, and new initiatives (engaging, open, and friendly).
  • Team Spirit and Drive: A strong sense of team spirit, drive, and self-motivation.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Multitasking: The ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver on deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office: Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • SAP and BRP Internal Departments: SAP knowledge will be considered an asset, as well as knowledge of BRP internal departments.
  • Valid Passport: A valid passport for travel.

Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
