About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales support operations, you will play a critical role in driving regional sales growth and dealer satisfaction.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our dynamic team as a Regional Sales Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our dealer network and field sales force, ensuring seamless order management practices, and fostering strong relationships with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support: Deliver world-class support to BRP's dealer network and field sales force, resulting in higher dealer satisfaction and contributing to regional objectives.
  • Program Management: Manage retail, wholesale programs, and promotions within the Sales network once programs are launched, ensuring proper application and conducting periodic checks and audits.
  • Dealer Development: Assist in coaching and up-skilling the dealer network and sales force through proactive education within the framework of programs, tools, and best practices.
  • Sales Process Support: Support all critical stages of the sales process during a given season, including I/O vs OMS, Model Mix, Re-Order, etc.
  • Business Relationships: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with select internal departments (shipping, network development, Go-To-Market, finance, market planning) and third-party entities.
  • Order Management: Ensure successful and accurate order management practices, contributing to daily sales transactions that maximize retail opportunities for BRP, and managing yard and dealer inventories.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Consistently demonstrate cooperation, collaboration, effective teamwork, and openly productive communication across all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A university degree in business administration or any related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (French/English language competencies will be considered an asset).
  • The ability to train and educate an audience on programs, tools, and new initiatives (engaging, open, and friendly).
  • A strong sense of team spirit, drive, and self-motivation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver on deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • SAP knowledge will be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of BRP internal departments will be considered an asset.
  • A valid passport for travel.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including:
