Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Break Free Counselling Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and payroll administration
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including budget planning and control
  • Manage accounts receivable and book appointments
  • Help with scheduling and workflow
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Valid driver's licence and own transportation
Working Conditions:
  • 30 hours bi-weekly
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
