About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to oversee the educational operations of our institution. As a Senior Educational Administrator, you will be responsible for evaluating teachers and support staff, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate teaching methods and quality of instruction to ensure academic excellence
  • Oversee the activities of teachers and support staff to maintain a productive work environment
  • Develop and implement programs to improve student performance and achievement
  • Recruit and hire qualified teachers and staff members to meet our educational needs
  • Direct or supervise the recruitment, training, evaluation, and promotion of teachers and staff
  • Evaluate curriculum scope and sequence to ensure alignment with educational standards
  • Coordinate teaching activities to maximize student learning outcomes
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Education or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in education administration
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
