Administrative Assistant

Award-winning Senior Persons Living Connected is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Facilities and Properties Department. This role involves researching, reporting, vendor business relations, tenant relationships, and meetings.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting seniors in our communities. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless communication, and fostering strong relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Housing Administration
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for rental and life lease housing operations, including correspondence, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Manage housing databases, maintain accurate records, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure high occupancy rates.
- Conduct unit viewings, coordinate resident move-ins, and process related administrative tasks.
Document Management
- Retrieve, process, and dispatch relevant documents related to housing and services.
- Participate in emergency management and fire safety activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Distribute and maintain bulletin boards for notices, promoting transparency and keeping stakeholders informed.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare monthly reports on housing administration performance, providing valuable insights to the team.
Education and Experience:
- Secondary education in Business Administration or actively enrolled in a tertiary educational program.
- Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Comfortable using social media to market housing opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluent Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are required.
