At Sienna Senior Living, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff. They will also establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines. Additionally, they will administer policies and procedures related to record release, coordinate office services, and assist in budget preparation. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, and equipment
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
