Job Summary

This full-time position in Timmins offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled clinician to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a Clinician - Registered, you will work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive support and care to children, adolescents, and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapy, single sessions, counselling, and psychotherapy support to address identified behavioural, social, and emotional needs
  • Conduct clinical assessments to identify and address the needs of children, adolescents, and their families
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; candidates with relevant Bachelor's degrees may also be considered
  • Eligibility or registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), College of Nurses of Ontario, or College of Psychologists
  • Clinical skills in children's mental health
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is required
  • A valid driver's license and use of own vehicle
