Alliance for Healthier Communities is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated nurse practitioner to lead our addiction and mental health services.

The successful candidate will provide direct supervision to a small front-line nursing team and lead planning and implementation of innovative, integrated Nursing and medically supported services to increase capacity, access, quality and availability of specialized behavioural health services and primary care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and energetic individual who is passionate about working with individuals with addiction and/or mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy development, program planning and evaluation, as well as experience working effectively with diverse communities/marginalized individuals who face barriers accessing services.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including extended health care, vision care, prescription drugs, dental, life insurance, group pension plan, and reimbursement of annual CNO licensing and NPAO membership fees.

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year.
