We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our sales and operations team at Nyla Beauty Supply.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning duties, hiring and training new employees, and managing day-to-day operations.

You will oversee the sales floor, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and that sales targets are met. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will be essential in resolving customer complaints and supply shortages.

In addition to your sales and customer service expertise, you will also be responsible for managing inventory, preparing reports on sales volumes and merchandising, and coordinating activities of workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of up to 10 staff members
  • Assign duties and delegate tasks effectively
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Manage inventory and stock levels
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Coordinate activities of workers
  • Manage cash and finances

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (not required but an asset)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and finances
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
