Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Garage111 Performance Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in multitasking, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required by the company.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Advice and Guidance: Provide advice and guidance to senior management on matters related to customer service and administrative support.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Customer Interface: Greet clients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word, with experience in using MS Office software.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, judgment, organization, teamwork, client focus, reliability, time management, adaptability, accountability, due diligence, and quick learning.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing position.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
