Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Lead to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Regional Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our people strategy to deliver business results and further strengthen our organisational culture.

In this role, you will partner closely with our Partners and other key stakeholders to develop and implement high-quality people solutions and to deliver HR service excellence. You will also collaborate with other Regional HR Leads and Global Centre of Excellence Leads to effect positive change in our people offerings and processes.

The Successful Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with experience in developing and delivering a people strategy aligned to the wider business strategy. You should have a track record of leading HR responses to changing market and business environments. You will be highly effective at partnering with senior business leaders to shape the business and people agenda and drive positive change.

You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and strong relationships at all levels of the business. Experience of managing a team and effectively enabling the performance and development of team members is essential.
