**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or business strategy, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 8 years of experience in program/project management, with experience leading initiatives within the extended workforce domain or a related area.
- 5 years of experience in people management, including developing, mentoring, and leading teams.
- Experience in leading change, and in enterprise-wide change management and adoption efforts.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in management consulting in contingent workforce, vendor management, or indirect procurement.
- Experience in agile methodologies, and strong project management skills.
- Experience managing and developing global teams, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment.
- Knowledge of cost-saving strategies and compliance regulations relevant to the extended workforce solutions space.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, discuss effectively, and build consensus.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives.

gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team empowers teams to optimize extended workforce operations while reducing risks and driving efficiency through the enforcement of Google best practices and policies. We advocate for informed decision-making, ensuring our partners find the right talent in the right locations. Our collaboration across Google leads to streamlined processes, minimizing administrative burdens, and optimizing the extended workforce experience. The Partner Engagement (PE) team represents xWS, building essential relationships with product areas, other Bets, functions, and the Global Procurement Office (GPO). Our mission is to facilitate extended workforce success, enforcing compliance, building resilient operations, and promoting durable cost savings. We prioritize understanding user needs to develop solutions that address their specific challenges.

In this role, you'll navigate ambiguity, provide clarity, and focus on results that optimize Google's extended workforce. You'll drive the successful implementation of complex, cross-functional initiatives, and enable PE with services that enable day-to-day PE Strategic Business Partners as well as PE’s broader agenda - acting as a support engine.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate global, cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, providing guidance, and driving successful project execution.
- Build trusted relationships with director-level and senior decision-makers, gaining a deep understanding of their strategic priorities.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of the extended workforce space, including key metrics, industry trends, and challenges to articulate the value of extended workforce solutions effectively.
- Shape stakeholders' perceptions of needs, guiding them toward extended workforce solutions that drive business outcomes and align with strategic goals.
- Drive strategic direction for the extended workforce program, cultivate a strong vendor partnership, and advocate for performance excellence to ensure continuous improvement.
