Job Responsibilities:

Key Tasks:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for job applicants, providing guidance on employment requirements and terms of employment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job postings that accurately reflect the role's responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate inventories and communicate with potential applicants to arrange interviews.
