Job Summary
Lone Star Texas Grill is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies.
- Manage and motivate a team of culinary and service staff, providing coaching and training to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the regional director to manage profit and loss statements, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Conduct interviews and hire individuals who align with our company values and culture.
- Manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Communicate shift priorities and responsibilities to staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Exemplify exceptional leadership skills, embodying our core values of People, Empowerment, Results, and Coaching.
- Be a problem solver and team player, multitasking and tackling issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certificate preferred.
- Smart Serve Certification.
- The ability to remain physically active and busy for the duration of your shift.
- Lift items up to 30lbs.
