- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and attract new customers.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
As a Restaurant Manager - Operations, you will be responsible for supervising a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
ExperienceWe are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
