Job Overview
We are in search of dynamic and inspiring leaders who will oversee a thriving dining establishment and lead a team of culinary and service professionals. Our managers play a crucial role in embodying our company values and philosophies, while fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere for both staff and guests. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for all facets of the restaurant's operations, guiding and mentoring team members, interacting with patrons, and ensuring a safe and fulfilling work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all daily operational aspects of the restaurant. Collaborate with the regional director to oversee and influence the restaurant's financial performance. Provide mentorship and guidance to both full-time and part-time employees. Conduct interviews and recruit individuals who will contribute to the restaurant's growth. Organize and manage the weekly employee schedule. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Communicate priorities and responsibilities to the team before each shift. Demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities, embodying our core values of People, Empowerment, Results, and Coaching. Act as a problem solver and supportive team member by managing multiple tasks and addressing challenges as they arise.Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector is preferred. Certification in Standard First Aid and Food Handling is preferred. Smart Serve Certification is required. Ability to remain active and engaged throughout the shift.
