About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Operations to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize losses.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and attract new customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Supervision

As a Restaurant Manager - Operations, you will be responsible for supervising a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.

Experience

We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
