Job Summary

FUTURE PATHWAYS CANADA INC. is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including record-keeping and data compilation
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations as needed
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years, or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Language and Work Environment

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and will work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
