Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate office activities and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Communication:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week at our office location.
