We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Bay Workforce Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a competitive hourly rate.

The Senior Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events; schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, prepare documents, and perform data entry as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
