We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Forrest Solutions in Toronto.
Job Summary:
The Senior Office Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting our teams with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Welcome visitors, handle phone calls, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Client Relations: Ensure clients have a positive experience, addressing needs and requests promptly.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external communication, relaying messages accurately.
- Administrative Support: Assist with mail distribution, meeting room coordination, and monitor office supply inventory.
- Facility Coordination: Schedule meetings, arrange facilities, and coordinate with IT support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
