We are seeking a skilled Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at ONTARIO INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring that all logistical details are taken care of.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures, including data entry, filing systems, and supply management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a flexible schedule, requiring 30 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
