Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator Specialist to provide timely and accurate support to valued clients in respect to all aspects of trust administration.

This role will effectively administer trust accounts, assist with client queries, and maintain high standards of client service, quality control, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have minimum one year of experience in the Financial Services industry, post-secondary education in a related field, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A strong organizational skillset, high attention to detail, and solid follow-through capabilities are essential for this position.

As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting officers in all administrative functions
  • Ensuring all account information on internal systems is up-to-date, complete, and accurate
  • Maintaining written, verbal, and electronic communication as required with internal and external contacts
