Job Title: Area Revenue Manager

About the Role:

The Area Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to drive growth and profitability across our five hotels in the region. This includes working closely with the revenue management team to align strategies, analyzing market trends, and optimizing pricing and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to drive growth and profitability across the portfolio of hotels
  • Work closely with the revenue management team to align strategies and optimize pricing and inventory management
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform revenue decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective distribution of revenue management strategies
  • Provide direction and support for leisure and business travel sales managers to determine effective rate offers
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of analytical reports
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinking and proven ability to move strategy into action
  • Comfortable in discussion forums and able to present ideas succinctly and convincingly
  • Proven experience in analysis and problem-solving required
  • Team building skills and proven track record essential
  • Self-study and independent work ethics required
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
