About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to drive growth and profitability across our five hotels in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across our portfolio of hotels
- Work closely with our revenue management team to align strategies and drive business results
- Chair property weekly RevMax and group meetings to ensure optimal pricing and revenue management decisions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective exposure of our offers and promotions
- Monitor and analyze competitive pricing and yield strategies to stay ahead of the market
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel management, sales teams, and marketing partners
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in revenue management, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of revenue management systems, including IDeaS and Opera
- University/College degree in a related discipline, such as hospitality or business
