As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all individuals interacting with our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contact or service area, and provide basic information as needed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide directory assistance to clients and the public.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and perform data entry.
  • Support Services: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, youth employment, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 32-40 hours per week.
